Getting started: An initial meeting is scheduled for the purpose of establishing vision for the coaching process and gathering information that will be used in setting a personalized course of action. We offer this introductory one-hour life-coaching session at no charge! Why, because we believe in the power of investment and return! The purpose of this offer is to give you an opportunity to discover the values of the coaching process and to help us customize a personalized coaching package that will give you the very best results possible for your investment.

Coaching progression: Following the first introductory session, you decide how often you want to meet. We recommend meeting every 2-4 weeks over a 3-6 month period with email communication and phone calls between meetings.

At Destiny Development, we believe balance is critical to your success. We focus on three areas of your life: your past, your present, and your future. We help you to redeem your past, balance your present and inspire hope for your future. When your life is in balance, it puts you in a position to fully prosper in all areas. Redeeming Your Past
You will receive purposeful coaching on learning to redeem your past, not letting your past experiences hinder you, but rather finding purpose in them. This allows you to build upon past propelling you forward toward your purpose in life. We will also help you release any past judgments you have made about yourself that are limiting you and holding you back from being who you were created to be. Everything from your past has been perfect and has led you to this exact point in time. Our coaching process helps you to build from that perfect past, allowing you to effectively focus on your present and future.

Balancing Your Present
Finding balance in your daily life is critical to sustaining peace in your life. We will help you to balance all areas of your life including: work, family time, recreation, personal time, exercise, etc. Your coaching process will also include introspection into the 6 main areas of prosperity for your life: mentally, emotionally, relationally, financially, physically, and spiritually. By understanding where your life is out of balance, you are able to correct it, which in turn will bring added fulfillment and energy, setting yourself up to fully prosper in all areas.
