Destiny Development was created to assist individuals in achieving their full potential through life coaching and inspirational seminars/workshops. We believe every person was created with a definite purpose or destiny in life that is to be fulfilled, and we want to partner with you to help you achieve that destiny! We have a vision to help millions of people to achieve their God-given destinies, and to help companies develop vision and the most successful workplace possible.

OUR FOUNDER
Kyle Langseth

Kyle grew up on his family’s dairy farm east of Fergus Falls, MN until he was 15 years old, when his family moved to Foxhome, MN. He attended Hamline University in St. Paul, MN, where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Education. Kyle has committed his life over the last 7 years to studying personal development, motivation, the power of the human mind, and the Word of God to better understand how to help people become who they were born to be.

His personal vision is to create an environment where people can receive coaching, inspiration, and encouragement to help fulfill their God-given destiny, while creating a life of peace, joy, and fulfillment. Kyle’s passion is teaching, training, and helping others to find their true purpose in life, and to inspire and encourage them to fulfill that purpose. He has created a coaching process to assist individuals to prosper in all areas of life, including spiritually, mentally, emotionally, relationally, physically, and financially.
